Principal Responsibilities:   

• Liaise with business users to gather and analyze requirements
• Liaise with the internal technical team wherever necessary
• Work in tandem with other teams and team members
• Review and identify business operational areas that need improvements and propose appropriate improvement plans
• Participate in business planning meetings and prioritize business needs and set business goals
• Assess business challenges and risks and develop mitigation plans

Knowledge / Skills & Experience: 

• Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an investment management company, or for a technology company serving investment management industry
• Prior working experience for 1 to 2 years as a software developer with good understanding of SDLC and various software development framework will be an added advantage
• A professional with a good work ethic who can work to tight deadlines, manage time appropriately and requires minimal supervision
• Must possess strong analytical skills and leadership qualities to grow into leadership positions
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

Educational Requirements: 

• Any undergraduate degree or post-graduate degree in Computer Science or Finance major
